Shipping Information
We ship through Australia Post. This is still the most affordable method of shipping within Australia and outside of Australia. We have in the past used courier companies such as FedEx and Toll on a few occasions, however, when shipping to overseas destinations, the cost is prohibitive.
There are three services offered through Australia Post to overseas destinations that we utilize on a regular basis: regular airmail without online tracking, regular airmail with tracking and express airmail. As a general rule, regular airmail with all without tracking will take around 14 to 21 days to European and South American destinations, 10 to 14 days to the United States and Canada and around 10 days to Asia. Delivery to New Zealand varies, it can take between five and 14 days. Express post takes around 5 to 7 days to all destinations.
Within Australia we use either regular mail or express mail. The cost of express mail depends on whether or not the parcel is over 1 kg - this again depends on how heavy your custom hat is! It's best to contact us, let us know your postcode and by when you need the hat or accessory and we will then create a custom quote for you. As a general ballpark figure, regular mail within Australia for hats is A$19 and express mail is A$23 to most destinations and for most hats. The postage will be less for small items, such as belts and diary covers.

We offer online tracking as an additional option to be added onto your postage of hats to overseas destinations. Online tracking is A$7 extra. We can also add insurance to the parcel. Insurance is A$10 extra per A$100 of value insured.
